Has the product been sterilized?
We can provide both irradiation sterilization and non-sterile versions. Sterilized products are irradiated with gamma rays to ensure that there is no DNA enzyme, RNA enzyme and pyrogen contamination, which is suitable for molecular experiments and clinical operation scenarios with high cleanliness requirements.
What material is your filter element made of? What is its function?
The filter element is made of high-efficiency hydrophobic material, which can prevent liquid reflux and aerosol rise, and prevent samples from contaminating the inside of the pipette. It is especially suitable for sensitive experiments such as PCR and pathogen detection to ensure sample purity and experimental accuracy.
Does the 200μL filter tip support high temperature and high pressure sterilization?
We provide products that support high temperature and high pressure sterilization (121°C, 15 minutes). The material is stable and does not deform, which is suitable for repeated use within the laboratory. There are also disposable sterile versions available, suitable for high-cleanliness laboratories.
