The manual pipette is a pipette designed for accurate and accurate sampling and dispensing. The operation of all pipettes in the manual series is based on the principle of air displacement and uses disposable pipette tips. The range of manual pipettes in this laboratory ranges from 0.5uL to 1ml.
Operation method of manual pipette:
(1) Set pipetting volume: The display window of the handle clearly shows the pipette volume. The pipetting volume is set by turning the operation button clockwise or counterclockwise.
(2) Assemble the tip: Before assembling the tip, ensure that the pipette connection is clean. Press the pipette tip tightly on the pipette nozzle connector to ensure that the seal is intact. The mark is to form a clear sealing ring between the tip and the black nozzle connector.
(3) The pipette is kept upright when aspirating liquid, and the tip is submerged below 3 mm below the liquid surface to aspirate liquid. When dispensing liquid, the suction head is reliably on the inner wall of the container. Slowly suck and slow, and always use the thumb to control the button movement to ensure consistency. Aspiration and dispensing:
(4) Discard the tip: After pipetting, push the ejector down to push out the tip, and discard the tip into the waste tank.
(5) Place the pipette: After the pipette is used up, return to the largest measurement position and place it on the pipette rack.
